I need a help

Donnoe....from where i wanna start. Cry. A lil bit. Life, never be easy. Always make me sat in front this laptop, and type something. Why I'm the one who lose? May be, it's my fate. My truth fate. Come on....why there's no light at the end of tunnel? I try to be chill. Not to think bout this. But, it make thing worse. ! What shoul i do now? Should i be someone who heartless??? And now......lot of thing happened. Force me to be kind of that person.
p/s: I feel I'm like a stupid idiot moron write this such thing coz i noe, nobody can help me!

   Pernah dengar tak pasal tempat ni? Kalau pernah dengar, good. Tapi, pernah pergi tak? Frankly speaking, aku tak pernah terfikir pun nak jejakkan kaki dekat bumi Hang Tuah ni. Aku mula lah cari alasan, membanding-bandingkan MRSM aku dulu dengan kolej yg aku 'google' imejkan    Perjalanan yang dekat aku rasa jauh sangat. Psikologi orang yang tak nak pergi. Nak tak nak, result UPU buat aku pilih untuk teruskan matrix.  Bila dah sampai, MasyaAllah, gila banyak orang! boleh ke aku survive ni? NOOOOOO! NOT ON MY FACE!

Clear sputum?!"  Just practising what I learn from Early Clinical Exposure (sound too doctor  =.=) Here, what i really what to emphasize is, sputum color play important role in determining whether you being infected by VIRUS or BACTERIA Chupp!! Why suddenly i'm talking about jadah infection ni? RECENTLY, i read some tweet from my friends (not-medic student), they been chirping about Chicken Pox infection that suffer by one of my friend's siblings.  What really concern her that, is she will get infected too?
